The cause of his death, according to reports, is “multiple head injuries,” which he sustained after his vehicle was hit by a bus and a truck in Paniqui, Tarlac.
Filipino teenage heartthrob AJ Perez was killed while some of his co-passengers in a rented van were injured in a road accident in Tarlac province shortly before midnight Saturday.
